Terms of Service — Prism
Effective date: March 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prism (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Prism is a deal flow CRM and AI agent platform designed for business angels and micro-VCs. The Service includes pipeline management, portfolio tracking, AI-powered deal enrichment, pitch deck analysis, investment memo generation, follow-up drafting, and related features.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Prism.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Plans: Prism offers Free ($0, up to 10 deals), Pro ($29/month, unlimited deals and AI agents), and Premium ($59/month, all Pro features plus Investment Memo).
4.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
4.4 Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
5. User API Keys & Third-Party Services
5.1 Anthropic API Key: AI features require your own Anthropic API key. You are solely responsible for obtaining it, any costs incurred on your Anthropic account, and its security.
5.2 Third-Party Integrations: Integrations with Crunchbase, Clearbit, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, and Slack are subject to each provider's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party data accuracy or availability.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape data beyond normal usage
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent
- Upload malicious files or code
7. Intellectual Property
The Service is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you create in Prism. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI features generate content for informational purposes only. This does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions made using Prism.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
